Единственная кузница в Тюменской области, в которой можно получить полное представление о древнем ремесле. После увлекательного рассказа об истории железа и развития металлообработки посетители могут ознакомиться с изделиями музея и сковать первый в своей жизни гвоздь, подкову или столовый прибор. Всего для посетителей существует 25 мастер-классов по ковке, 3 обучающих программы по кузнечному делу и 4 программы по заточке различного инструмента. На сайте проекта можно приобрести или заказать кованую продукцию.
РЕШАЕМАЯ ПРОБЛЕМА
Кузнечное ремесло начало испытывать трудности в начале ХХ века, когда стало появляться массовое производство, развиваться металлургия. Территория нашего региона у многих больше ассоциируется только с литьем, однако у малочисленных народов Севера кузнечное дело было развито еще до нашей эры. Во время мастер-классов по ковке и экскурсий происходит приобщение к древнему, полному легенд и образов ремеслу. Так решается проблема отсутствия достаточного знания своих корней и национальной культуры.

ИСПОЛЬЗУЕМЫЕ СПОСОБЫ РЕШЕНИЯ
В «Обской кузнице» своя аудитория – работа ведется не только с детьми, но и с их мамами и папами. Увлечь молотком и наковальней того, кто в школе изучает 3D-моделирование и робототехнику, не просто, но нам это удается. Обычно путешествие в мир ковки длится от 40 минут до 5 часов и более – с помощью этих экскурсий и мастер-классов мы решаем проблему забывания традиционной культуры и быта.
Погружаться в кузнечное дело не только увлекательно, но и полезно для психологического состояния, так как ковка – процесс антистрессовый. Нередко «разгрузиться» к нам приходят офисные сотрудники, желающие вырваться из рутины и поговорить с кузнецом «по душам».

ДОСТИЖЕНИЯ И НАГРАДЫ
Проект получил статус «социальное предприятие», на базе «Обской кузницы» открыли региональное отделение Всероссийской общественной организации развития художественного творчества и ремесленничества «Гильдия кузнецов России»; выиграли грант в номинации «Развитие индустрии туристских сувениров» конкурса ХМАО-Югры; вошли в каталог «Социальное предпринимательство в России – 2020».
Проект получил товарные знаки «Сделано в Сургуте» и «Сделано в Югре», «Лучший товар Югры»; отмечен в номинации «Предпринимательские династии» на выставке-форуме товаропроизводителей Югры «Товары земли Югорской»; отмечены спецноминацией «Хранители ремесел» на городском конкурсе «Предприниматель года»; мы стали победителями Всероссийского конкурса лучших программ образовательного волонтерства в субъектах Российской Федерации; получили грант на реконструкцию доспехов на окружном конкурсе молодежных проектов; заняли 2 место в номинации «Культура» регионального этапа Всероссийского конкурса проектов в области социального предпринимательства «Лучший социальный проект года»; вошли в шорт-лист Всероссийского конкурса Общественной палаты Российской Федерации в области гражданской активности «Мой проект – моей стране!».
ПРИВЛЕЧЕННЫЕ ЗА ГОД РЕСУРСЫ
600 000 – субсидия на приобретение оборудования для работы по металлу и дереву,
17 000 – компенсация затрат по аренде и ведению ярмарочно-выставочной деятельности от Администрации города Сургута, 5 тонн угля для работы горна, более 20 кованых изделий для частного Музея кованых изделий, два партнерства с кузнечными артелями, услуги по переводу презентаций и коммерческих предложений Центра поддержки экспорта Югры, образовательные возможности Фонда поддержки предпринимательства Югры, Фонда «Наше будущее» (акселератор), Фонда ISLA (акселератор).
ЧТО СДЕЛАНО ЗА ТЕКУЩИЙ ГОД
Сформированы ценностные предложения, появилась миссия, начата отладка бизнес-процессов. Продукция выведена на etsy.com (есть продажи в США и Данию), получен запрос на якутские пешни от рыболовно-охотничьих магазинов Белоруссии и нескольких югорских городов.
МОДЕЛЬ ФИНАНСОВОЙ УСТОЙЧИВОСТИ
Четыре составляющих:
проведение мастер-классов и курсов кузнечного дела, оружейная ковка (ножи, пешни, поковки, топоры), изготовление кованой сувенирной продукции, изготовление изделий из металла под заказ.
СОЦИАЛЬНЫЕ ЭФФЕКТЫ, ДОСТИГНУТЫЕ ЗА ТЕКУЩИЙ ГОД
Более 1000 человек познакомились с кузнечным делом. В Нягани появилась публичная кузница, в Нижневартовске – проект по развитию кузнечного дела, в Сургуте у трех мастеров «Обской кузницы» появились свои специализированные гаражные мастерские.
СОЦИАЛЬНО-ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЕ ВОЗДЕЙСТВИЕ
Стабильный рост вовлеченности людей в проект развития кузнечного дела, сопутствующий увеличению интереса и готовности к приобретению изделий ремесленного труда.
New life of the publishing project “Catalog “Social Entrepreneurship of Russia”

In 2014, the Gladway Foundation for the Development of Media Projects and Social Programs presented the first catalog “Social Entrepreneurship of Russia”. Its printed version was published with the support of “Our Future” Foundation had a circulation of 3,000 copies and it immediately became a bestseller. Its annual digital version has been downloaded on average about 5,000 times over five years, hundreds of companies have become participants of the catalog, and tens of thousands persons in many countries of the world have become its readers. In various years DISN “Sol”, Impact Hub Moscow, “Towards Changes” Foundation, the Union of Women of Russia, the United Metallurgical Company (JSC “OMK”) and many others have become partners of the project. In 2022, the format and content of the project will change: the assessments of socio-economic impact becoming the key focus, materials of the catalog are published in a special section of the magazine “Positive Changes” in Russian and English languages, quarterly.
The first issue presents cases of social enterprises that were the first to provide materials at the request of the editorial board. These cases are very different, but are brought together by the understanding of the importance of the impact approach in the innovative and social sector of the economy.

The conference for those interested in global best practices in preschool education, who is ready to learn, communicate, and develop as a professional.
PROBLEM TO BE ADDRESSED
In 2013, the Federal Standard for Preschool Education was enacted, establishing an approach focused on child development, on the child's self-fulfillment. According to the Federal Institute of Education Development of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, nowadays, 77 % of preschool teachers still admit difficulties in the transition to child-centered pedagogical approach. One of the reasons is in the institutional inertia of the entire preschool education system. There are lots of professional development courses, but only a small portion is focused on the practical aspect.
To counteract existing inertia, University of Childhood has created a practical online conference format that allows preschool teachers to improve their skills and learn more about quality preschool education through examples of effective global practices.

The bilingual International practical on-line Conference University of Childhood: Noteworthy Practices allows practitioners, researchers, and future preschool teachers from around the world to meet on one platform to learn and discuss noteworthy approaches, programs, and technologies.
University of Childhood joined a format of scientific online-conference and interactive TW show, provided an opportunity for all interested teaches to participate free of charge and an opportunity for listeners of face-to-face communication with noteworthy practices of the world-level preschool education.

WHAT HAS BEEN DONE IN THE CURRENT YEAR?
A unique format of conducting was created which includes scientific conference and TV show. Bilingual conference web-site was set up. An environment at the conference web-site was created for an opportunity to maximally involve participants in the conference work (voting, comments, online-chat, questions to speakers, etc). Consent for participation from speakers from the USA, Italy, Finland, Singapore, France, and Russia was obtained.
Conference organizer is UN UNESCO Institute for information technologies in education on issues in education and culture. Agreements with Conference partners and information partners. PR-campaign in 40 countries, over 15,000 participants involved. the First Conference University of Childhood: Noteworthy Practices was held on 1–4 June, 2020.

Over 15,000 specialists of preschool education took part in the conference. The Conference received a high grade from the professional and expert society.
SOCIAL EFFECTS ACHIEVED IN THE CURRENT YEAR
Over 15,000 teachers from 40 countries got an access to world-class approaches and practices of preschool education, enriched their professional experience with technologies of learner-centered preschool education, which would allow to improve the educational environment in kindergartens at least for 300,000 tender-age infants.
SOCIAL AND ECONOMICAL IMPACT
Studies of James Heckman, a noble prize winner, showed that investments in preschool education produce many-fold output in the national economy, rather than investments in other levels of education.
This one and many other studies in infant development and its impact on future successful rate give ground to declare that investments in the development of sufficient versatile preschool education which serves the basis for development of skills required in 21 century, bolster the growth of the national economy and the increase of the social capital.

However, the idea is to improve not only personally, but to help others to improve. Workouts principle is «everyone teaches each other» with free interaction and free of charge sharing experience and knowledge as the basis. Local communities form on the basis of open-air sports grounds around the world thanks to this particular principle. While exercising in the open air, workouters are always in the public and become a living example for others who just want to get into fitness and change something in their lives. Street Workout was arranged and developed by Anton Kuchumov, Sergey Ivanov, Oleg Masharov and Danila Cherkasov, the participants of One More Day.

PROBLEM TO BE ADDRESSED
We educate people about physical activity and healthy lifestyles, filling in the gaps left by school and university. We provide information, starting with a review of basic exercises with your own body weight that you can do from the comfort of your own apartment, compiling a diet, and ending with an overview of the hormonal system and its impact on the body’s organization. At the same time many related topics are addressed, including those related to the time management, motivation, etc.

We managed to create a model of project monetization which would be consistent with our principles (one of which is ‘knowledge, but not goods'). Thanks to this, we could gather over $10,000 from the project participants and alumni of our educational programs.

HEADQUARTERS is the space for artistic freedom, freedom of speech, responsible conduct and new interaction. Our full name is “the headquarters of people who care”. HEADQUARTERS is created for generation of groups of an idea-focused like-minded persons, project evaluation, involvement of citizens, as well as for making group decisions. A meeting can be arranged while having lunch at the Vecherom Stulya cafe, buying gifts with “Artefacts” brand printing and exchanging books. Book exchange is the largest in our town.
