And, although the ultimate goal of the System is the most effective development of all human abilities, we start from a small place. According to our research results, which largely coincide with UNESCO data, about 70% of all people’s problems lie in the sphere of psychology and life organization. That is why we start our work with the main contingent of our listeners with the complex solution of the above-mentioned problems (organization of corresponding groups is carried out regularly). Only then can we move on to the purposeful development of intellect, spirituality and will, which is achieved through the system of continuous evening education.

LEVELS OF HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

(PATH THROUGH THE INCARNATIONS)

Have you ever wondered why some individuals were able to leave such a mark on history that they are remembered for hundreds and sometimes thousands of years, while the other billions are not even aware of their existence? Most likely, because they were capable of it.

Unfortunately, in society the criteria for evaluating human abilities are far from ideal, which often does not allow us to determine the best politician, scientist, etc., but the higher forces in the subtle world have these criteria. We will consider them.

1. The role of levels in the subtle world

The level of a human being’s development is his first basic characteristic in the subtle world, which in a generalized form evaluates all his manifestations: beliefs, aspirations, goals, abilities, peculiarities of structure and many other things. In total there are eight such levels for a human being, which he passes through during his evolution on Earth from one incarnation to another, which corresponds to the initial stage of his general evolution. Then the development can be continued in the cosmos (“birth in the world of gods” — according to Buddhism).

This characteristic is not without reason considered the most important, because on the one hand, it is the basis for Karma to make many key decisions about the fate of a person (conditions of birth, karmic tasks, responsibility, etc.), and on the other hand, it allows us to clearly divide all existing things into two parts: in principle accessible for its perception, understanding and use (corresponds to the already passed levels) and inaccessible (corresponds to the not yet passed levels).

The second most important characteristic of a human being in the subtle world is the direction of his development, which, like his first characteristic, is generalized, but evaluates his manifestations by the degree of their positivity (correspondence to the ideals and laws of the Creator). The direction of development in many respects predetermines the patrons of a person, the energies on which he lives, the information used, the abilities and opportunities received, destiny and everything connected with it.

Positive orientation — corresponds to a person’s entry into the hierarchy of Light and advancement in it. This path provides people with the greatest prospects (continuation of development in the cosmos: reaching the level of gods of galaxies, universes, etc., which is partially described in Buddhism), but requires from a person the maximum concentration of all efforts to get rid of weakness and stupidity, to fight against Evil, to develop inner self-discipline and much more.

Negative orientation of development — corresponds to conscious or unconscious service to Evil, i.e. everything that is aimed at destruction, at opposition to the will of God. This path is a dead end, although it gives an opportunity to reach a rather high 7th level. The gray path is an attempt to reconcile Good and Evil, involves the simultaneous use of both light and dark energies, which does not give integrity and does not lead above the 4th level.

2. The basic laws of levels of development

Many different laws are connected with the levels of development in the subtle world. Let us point out the most important of them.

Law 1. Self-realization of a person in family, society, etc. — should clearly correspond to the level of his/her development (underestimation of one’s self-realization is a violation and leads to unfavorable incarnations).

Law 2. Relationships with unequals — must be hierarchical (respect, training), with equals — democratic (for compliance with this law is given magic, etc.).

The following law describes the internal causes by virtue of which a person develops or degenerates, reaches or fails to reach the level potentially available to him.

Law 3. Man’s perceptions (thoughts, beliefs, faith) are primary, they determine aspirations and goals, which, in turn, lead to the development of their corresponding abilities. These abilities then determine a person’s place in society and ultimately his destiny.

It should also be noted that according to the laws of the subtle world human development should be complex, it is inherent in his nature. For example, spiritual development (formation of thinking and behavior) automatically leads to the purification of consciousness (removal of magic, blocks, etc.) and therefore is the main condition for the disclosure of many abilities. In turn, the disclosure of abilities increases a person’s capabilities (access to energy, information) and the efficiency of any activity.

In most cases people develop automatically, i.e. Karma sets the destiny (country, parents, time of birth, etc.) and a number of situations in which a person has to learn something. If he has learned and passed the “lesson”, he gets some karmic reward (a pleasant surprise, entrance to a new level of situations and destiny, etc.), otherwise he will have to suffer indefinitely. The average speed of such development is 5—7 lives per one level.

However, this speed can be significantly increased if a person proceeds to the purposeful development of all his abilities. For this purpose, first of all, there are various esoteric schools, the best of which are able to raise a person to several levels in one lifetime. At the moment, unfortunately, there are very few such schools and they are often oriented to people who have already reached a high level in previous incarnations.

3. Levels of development of spiritual abilities

Spiritual abilities, first of all, include a person’s perceptions (the ability to understand their respective areas of knowledge), aspirations, goals (follow from aspirations, give them a concrete form), qualities and emotions, which is externally perceived through human behavior and activity. All these abilities from the lower levels to the upper ones go in the direction of their complication, increasing the inner strength of a person and his/her capabilities.

Initial levels (1st and 2nd) — are characterized by simplified ideas about esoteric knowledge (religion) or their rejection (materialism), so here the aspirations to actions and material values (1st level — workers, shudras, about 80% of people), sensual pleasures (sex, food, comfort) and power (2nd level — businessmen, vaishyas, about 15% of people) dominate, techniques of inner development are absent, abilities are not purposefully revealed.

Energy level (3rd) — corresponds to the beginning of esoteric development, the basic concepts of which are based on the understanding of the laws of energy and its role in human life and the surrounding world. These representations set the aspiration to energy power and the goals corresponding to it: the development of personal qualities (code of honor), energy abilities and other manifestations of the Force (the way of the Warrior, kshatriyas, leaders, personalities, about 3% of all people).

Mental levels (4th-6th) — have basic ideas based on understanding of the primacy of spiritual laws in human life (fulfillment of these laws — positive consequences, violation — negative consequences), recognition of perfection, logic and power of God. Basic aspirations — to knowledge, service to society and harmonious development (the way of the man of Knowledge, Brahmans, spiritual teachers, scientists, public figures, about 2% of people).

Transmutational levels (7th-8th) — based on the knowledge of the laws of the Cosmos about the purpose of man, the development of our civilization, the place of people and the earth in the evolution of the universe, etc. The main aspirations are to serve God (development of people, fight against evil) and to understand everything that is going on (the way of Messiah, Brahmas, founders of religions, great reformers and scientists, now about a dozen people).

These differences in perceptions, aspirations and goals by levels of development are precisely one of the reasons for many contradictions and conflicts, both between individuals and different social groups.

4. Levels of development of energetic abilities

Energetic abilities are often the most interesting, as they give real power over oneself and the various forces of nature. These abilities are also clearly categorized by levels of development. Each of them has its own energies (the strength of the accumulated energy determines the range of available abilities), peculiarities of the energetic structure and thinking, and the development techniques used (which determine the possibilities of opening the abilities).

Initial levels — are characterized at best by the development of only the physical body (2nd level) or complete absence of purposeful development (1st level). Their basic energies are physical and etheric, they do not allow to go beyond the limits of usual human capabilities. People of these levels have the simplest possible energetic structure (additional systems are not revealed) and initial organization of thinking (if muladhara and svadhisthana rule).

The energy level is characterized by the ability to control one’s states and energy flows, revealing a part of psychic abilities (vision, etc.), increasing physical strength by 3 times, etc. The development of these abilities is achieved by accessing the energies of the astral level, revealing a number of additional systems of synthesis and recruitment of energy, transferring to the intellect the control of thinking (subordination of all manifestations to the goals set), using the techniques of self-injury and meditation.

Mental levels — characterized by complete control of one’s states, energies and systems, disclosure of all psychic abilities and increase of physical strength by 5—15 times. The development of these abilities is achieved by mastering the energies of the mental, karmic and buddhic levels, revealing many additional systems and a number of chakras, forming ideal consciousness, using self-injury, meditation and reflection (self-programming, cognitive methods, etc.).

Transmutation levels are characterized by supernatural states capable of influencing masses of people, disclosure of siddhis (levitation, change of body shape and volume, etc.), increase of physical strength up to 100 times, possibility of obtaining immortality (life up to 1000 years). These abilities are achieved by restructuring all systems to work with energies of spiritual and absolute levels (transmutation), superconscious thought control (from the Atman) and special techniques.

Thus, the following conclusions can be drawn.

1. The level of human development — its main characteristic in the subtle world, which allows to understand the optimal direction of development, natural, inherent in the nature of man, the sequence of changing interests, aspirations, goals, etc.

2. Misunderstanding of levels and their laws — leads to various violations and negative karmic consequences, hinders the formation of adequate self-esteem, the choice of life goals and development system, is one of the causes of contradictions in society.

3. The effectiveness of training in any esoteric system is the higher the closer its program comes to understanding the requirements of the subtle world for the complex, consistent development of all human abilities.

COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION PROJECT

(MAIN PROVISIONS)

The purpose of the work is to present the basic principles of the project of creating a new type of society, capable of more effective development and solving existing socio-economic problems than the current systems.

The basis of the approach is that most of society’s problems are caused by the lack of a unified theory capable of giving clearly defined goals, values and methods of achieving them, and of harmonizing the interests of the state, groups and individuals.

Theory development — is carried out on the basis of bringing informalized knowledge about man and society to the level of mathematical precision through the development of informal logic (a system of working with natural-language statements).

Structure of the paper — presents the basic principles of the state structure (section 3) and its economic system (section 4) based on the results of Mianye M.Y.‘s research on philosophy (section 1) and human consciousness (section 2).

1. Approach to project development

Principle 1. Certainty — is based on the introduction of vectors of their development and degradation for all complex systems, including man and society. At the same time, development means strengthening and complication of systems, and degradation means their weakening and reduction of complexity. An optimal society should be oriented towards the most efficient development of all its components.

Principle 2. Harmonicity — is based on introduction of development levels (complexity) for all systems and, first of all, for human knowledge and mutual relations. The levels are determined by qualitative transitions on the vectors of development and degradation. Optimal society — should be built on the basis of consistency of all its components by levels of development (complexity).

Principle 3. Positivity — is based on the introduction of clear rules of positivity and negativity (Good and Evil) for all systems and their manifestations. At the same time, positivity means everything that corresponds to universal human values, and negativity means everything that contradicts it. An optimal society should maximally stimulate all positive and block all negative manifestations.

Principle 4. Systemic — is based on the use of informal logic to harmonize the created laws of life activity between different parts of the society model. In an optimal society, all laws should be developed as the best methods of realizing universal values and achieving the most effective development.

2. Utilizing human knowledge

Principle 1. Relevance — is based on the fact that the main driving force of society is the interests of its members, which are determined by human nature and shaped by upbringing, education and living conditions. Optimal society — for its development should provide opportunities and stimulate the realization of all positive aspirations of people and groups, removing contradictions between them.

Principle 2. Inequality — is based on the fact that the main qualitative differences between people are set by their level of development, which characterizes the abilities of understanding, decision-making and activity, and not by nationality, faith, etc. An optimal society should maximally stimulate the development of its members and provide them with opportunities in accordance with their level of development and degree of positivity.

Principle 3. Rationality — is based on the fact that one of the main causes of negative manifestations in society is their profitability, set by the introduction of the contradiction between the spiritual and material. An optimal society should remove this contradiction, create conditions under which any negative manifestations become unprofitable morally, materially, and are timely blocked.

Principle 4. Citizenship — is based on the fact that the second main cause of negative manifestations in society is the inability of a person to solve problems by positive methods. An optimal society for the formation of social activity of its citizens must be responsible for their upbringing and teach people the art of external and internal self-realization.

3. Spiritual Renaissance Society

Problem 1. Weak personal qualities and unprofessionalism of many managers, frequent rejection of strong personalities and professionals by the state system, which is allowed by the current legislation. Principle 1. An optimal society should give access to power according to personal qualities and distribute functions according to a person’s abilities on the basis of clearly defined criteria.

Problem 2. Imperfection of the electoral system and power, manifested in their unwieldiness, detachment from the voters, lack, in many cases, of opportunities and abilities of the latter to adequately assess and select worthy leaders. Principle 2. The optimal society should move to a multistage system of elections, in which each leader is personally responsible to each of his voters.

Problem 3. In the current system there are great opportunities for subjective decision-making by managers that contradict the interests of society. Principle 3. The adequacy of managers’ activity requires the development of clearly defined rules of decision-making, the introduction of a point evaluation of their activity according to the final result, and professional training of politicians and managers at all levels.

Problem 4. Struggle between different political forces and individual leaders, set by the presence of their conflicting interests. Principle 4. In order to create an optimal society, it is necessary to unite most of the political forces into a coherent system based on an ideology that forms politicians as a leading class with common interests.

4. Solving economic problems

Problem 1. Imperfect legislation that blocks the possibility of legal effective activity in many spheres, leading to the emergence of shadow economy and the growth of mafia structures. Principle 1. An optimal society should stimulate the activity necessary for it morally and materially through payment in proportion to the complexity, quality and volume of labor.

Problem 2. Existence of a shadow economy that diverts significant human resources, living at the expense of society and blocking legal activities. Principle 2. An optimal society should, firstly, create conditions under which illegal activities become extremely unprofitable, and secondly, establish effective work of law enforcement structures.

Problem 3. Corruption of power structures manifested in decision-making in personal or group interests to the detriment of society. Principle 3. An optimal society should make bribery unprofitable through the inclusion of a mechanism for paying executives with a meaningful percentage of their company or region’s performance.

Problem 4. The rigidity of many politicians’ approach to the market and planned economy, which in their pure form work equally badly. Principle 4. The optimal society should be based on a planned market economy with a multi-structure form of ownership, which should operate in equal conditions.

Conclusions

The creation of a Spiritual Renaissance Society involves the realization of the following main stages.

Stage 1. Theory formation — development of a complete, clearly defined model of society and a program for its implementation.

Stage 2. Creation of the core — unification of political forces on this platform and formation of the corresponding social movement.

Stage 3. Access to governance — maximizing this movement and gaining dominant influence over society.

Stage 4. Transformation of society — practical implementation of reforms of government, economy, education, science and other areas of society.

ESOTERIC THINKING OR WHAT PEOPLE BELIEVE

Despite the fact that the latest achievements of science and technology are used to train athletes, they are still not able to show the results available to representatives of esoteric systems (for example, Sri Chinmoy lifts two tons with one hand).

The principal differences of the latter training are: purposeful formation of personal qualities, use of energy techniques (self-infusion, meditation) in inseparable connection with philosophical training, i.e. with the development of thinking, which is considered in this article.

1. Habitual thinking

The basis of habitual thinking, peculiar to most people, is weakness (inability to do anything) in its various manifestations and lack of desire to get rid of this weakness. It is based, first of all, on three “whales”: irresponsibility, inadequate self-esteem and closedness to knowledge, which are transmitted to us first by parents, then by street, school, etc. in accordance with the stereotypes operating in society.

Let’s try to study these “whales” in more detail.

Irresponsibility — corresponds to the inability or unwillingness of a person to be responsible, first of all, for his/her own manifestations (emotions, states, abilities, etc.), fate and events. It is set by a passive attitude to life, which our society contributes to by ignorance or misunderstanding of spiritual and social laws, techniques of self-change and, ultimately, blocks one of the main components of human consciousness — his will.
