Background:
Sofia is traveling in London. After a long walk through the city, she goes to a restaurant with friends. She usually drinks sparkling water, but at that moment she forgets the exact word. Her English is fluent, so she tries to describe it with synonyms. The waiter listens carefully but gets confused.
Dialogue:
- Sofia: Excuse me, could I have… water with bubbles?
- Waiter: Bubbles? Do you mean soda?
- Sofia: No, not sweet. Just water… but it dances.

- Sofia: Yes, like champagne but no alcohol.

Conclusion:
