«Am I the first or the second»?

There can be no other authority among people with constant «first – second» reflection, and it shouldn’t. Any other deviation, relaxation, or division of power causes the disintegration, first of the Horde Union, then of the state. Any «European» dress-in type of republic for such a military-type community is fraught with the end of existence.
