• The concepts of energy, prime matter, the Absolute and the Maker form the basis of the theory of the energetic structure of the Cosmos.

5.2. Primal Matter

• Pervomatter is a chaotic combination of energies.

• Chaotic combination of energies — a combination of energies not subject to the laws of the Creator.

• The Maker’s intention is to bring order into the first matter.

• The method of realization is the creation of a system of universes.

• Pervomatter is inert.

• Inert — not capable of self-actualization.

5.3. Absolute

• Energies from levels 25 to 31 — are not capable of self-organization.

• Energies from levels 32 to 44 are capable of self-organization.

• The Absolute — realizes the Creator’s designs.

• The way of realization is the development of the Absolute through the development of its elements, spaces and beings.

• The development of the Absolute is an increase in the orderliness of its energies.

• Organized combination of energy — a combination of energy subject to the laws of the Maker.

5.4. The Maker

• The Maker rules over everything in the Cosmos.

• Principal information and principal impact.

• The Maker’s energies are the fastest and strongest in the Cosmos.

• The Maker’s primary influence is through his ideals.

• The Maker’s ideals are Love, Goodness, Justice, Strength, Non-violence, Development, Beauty, Harmony, Creation, and Hierarchy.

• All the ideals of the Creator are expedient.

• The usefulness of ideals is in their creative power.
