For generations, many people live under an invisible weight — without even realizing what it is. A family curse (a curse «set» in a home, a spell that brings poverty, a curse of loneliness, or a sentence to doom the family line) isn’t always something dramatic, like the kind you hear about in folk tales: snap — money is gone or everyone divorces immediately. Often it’s quieter and more exhausting — a shadow that shows up as repeating patterns.

You may notice the same kind of misfortune striking at the same age. Illnesses can appear to «skip» the usual genetic routes and spread instead as if by malice — through accidents, addictions, and other destructive twists of fate. And just when life seems to stabilize, your hard-won well-being slips away again and again, like it can’t be held.

You can tell yourself it’s just a string of unlucky coincidences. But if these events repeat across your grandmothers, your parents, and you — then it’s worth stopping and asking why.

The first step toward freedom is simply acknowledging the possibility of a «dark program.» Start by examining your family history carefully. Have there been sudden ruin, unexplained deaths, or inexplicable breaks in relationships?

Diagnosis: Seeing What Can’t Be Seen

Before you try to remove anything, you need to be absolutely sure that there’s a real influence to remove. I strongly disagree with running to the first «healer» you find — especially the kind who claims, in every direction, that you have a crown of celibacy, doom-level curses, and a family curse all the way back «to the seventh generation.»

Instead, there are reliable, accessible methods of diagnosis.

In my opinion, the simplest approach is to observe the signs of a candle. Take a church candle, light it in a room with the windows closed and the lighting subdued. While you’re calm and focused, «move» the candle along your body (or the body of the relative who is currently going through a streak of bad luck), keeping it about 20 cm away from the skin.

Where the candle begins to crackle, smoke, or drip heavily — that’s where a dense negative «program» is present.

If this happens, here’s what it may indicate:

Near the head: a «bead» of the evil eye or a minor curse. These are usually the easiest to remove — I’ll teach you (see the chapter «Charms/Incantations»). By the heart: a tendency toward loneliness, celibacy, or «interference» in love — conflicts that can affect relationships, close friends, or cause breakups with someone you care about. Near the shoulders or neck: negativity tied to work and money flow. Stomach and legs: small issues, which can often be handled independently using salt (see «Salt Cleansing»). Lower abdomen and legs, closer to the feet: this is where more serious «traces» of sorcery may sometimes appear. The legs (around the knees, and slightly above or below): blocked paths — especially blocked avenues for income and financial movement (these are removed with salt rituals; see «Salt Cleansing.»)

Above the head: if the candle crackles intensely and «cries» specifically in that area, it suggests strong negativity. In that case, move to the chapter «Removal Through Fasting and Church Sacraments.»

Second method: Wax

Another way to diagnose is with wax. Drip melted wax into a bowl of cold water while holding a photograph of the family (either the whole lineage or a specific person) underneath it — use a clear bowl, so the photo sits below the surface. The time to pour the wax is around midnight (you’ll find the corresponding «charm» for casting in the «Charms/Incantations» section).

If the impression forms smooth and even, there’s usually nothing to worry about.

But if the wax has jagged edges, spikes, holes, or strange ugly shapes, that’s a direct sign of a problem.

Final reminder

There are no problems you can’t resolve — the only question is how soon the negativity is removed. And you can use the methods listed below one after another. The choice is yours: decide whether to use «dark» rituals or «white» ones.

Remove a Family Streak of Bad Luck (Grey Practice)

Do this on the night from Thursday to Friday. If you’re using this ritual, the moon phase doesn’t matter.

It must be performed fully sober: don’t drink alcohol the day before and for three days after.

What you’ll need

A glass of clean water (water is the «original element» here — like a mirror of the world, a guide, and a cleanser)

A candle

A quiet, calm space

Even if the water’s origin isn’t important normally, in this ritual it becomes powerful because you dedicate it with your actions.

Setup

Light the candle. Place the glass of water right next to the candle. (Here, fire and water — opposites by nature — work together: one lights the way, the other absorbs what it needs to take in.)

The words to recite

Read aloud:

«Water, water, you are bright and young — Free us from evil eyes, bad luck, men’s and women’s. Gather all blackness from walls and windows — From doors and steps — Take away all dirt and misfortune! I cleanse everything: removing evil eye and lies/malicious intent. With power, with light, and with love I fill. Amen!».

Let the candle burn out completely. Wait until it finishes.

After the candle

Put the remaining stub/leftover wax into a hidden place in the entryway, and keep it there for at least one month.

Sprinkle the ritual water over the:

— walls

— windows

— doors of the whole house

Also cleanse:

your outer clothing and your loved ones’

bags

especially the wallet (it’s the center of material energy)

flowers (they are living inhabitants of the home)

furniture, mirrors, and everyday home clothing — anything your household uses and moves around every day, absorbing and reflecting daily energy.
