Day 1

Day 2

☐ 1. Break your wish down into 5 smaller milestones.
☐ 2. For the first milestone, list 3 actionable steps you can take this week.
☐ 3. Share your wish with someone who’ll cheer you on.

Day 3

☐ 1. Make a list of 5 resources that can help you make it happen (people, books, courses – whatever fits!).
☐ 2. Pick 1 resource to explore today (read an article, watch a video – whatever works for you).
☐ 3. Jot down 3 reasons why you absolutely deserve this wish.


Day 4

☐ 1. Create a wish map: put your goal in the center, and surround it with related images or words.
☐ 2. Add 3 new visual elements to your collection of images (photos or drawings).
☐ 3. Repeat this affirmation: “I’m attracting opportunities to make my wish come true.”

Day 5

☐ 1. List 5 possible obstacles that might stand in your way as you pursue this wish.
☐ 2. For each obstacle, come up with 1 way to overcome it.
☐ 3. Take the first small step toward your wish – even if it only takes 5 minutes.

Day 6

☐ 1. Write a letter to yourself in the future (one year after your wish comes true).
☐ 2. Add 15 minutes daily to your schedule for working on your wish (reading, planning).
☐ 3. Thank the Universe/life for the opportunities (verbally or in writing).

☐ 1. Look back at your notes from this week – pick out 3 key insights that stood out to you.
☐ 2. Update your visual collection – add 2 new images that resonate with your wish.
