Journey to Yourself

By a Collective of Authors

©2025

This is not just a book. It is a living portal. A space filled with the voices of women, their experiences, their pain, their revelations, and – their victories. It is an inspiring, powerful, and tender journey back to yourself. To your essence. To your truth. To your strength.

The idea’s author, Tiana Soulu, is a woman for whom the path to herself was not merely a personal transformation but a soul’s calling – to unite other women so their voices could resonate together. The concept of a collective book was born from an observation: how often we feel alone. How often we fall silent when it is so vital to speak. That’s when the dream emerged – to create a circle of feminine power. So that one story could become support for another. So that one woman’s words could become a pillar for thousands.

This book is woven from authentic, unpolished, real stories, transformative practices, tears, and revelations. There is no artificial gloss here. But there is the true gold of the feminine soul. Each chapter is the voice of a woman who has walked through crisis, overcome inner darkness, and found her light.

Inside the book, you will find: – Practices that reconnect you with your body and tenderness – Rituals to help you move through pain and fear – Techniques for healing your inner child – Manifestations that fill you with life – Work with archetypes, voice, food, boundaries, self-worth, and love – Warm words in which you will hear yourself

This book is like a women’s circle around a fire, where every story embraces you. Where there is no competition, only support. Where you can cry, laugh, rethink, be silent – and be authentic.

This book says: “You are not alone. We are with you. You are valuable. You are important. You can start anew. Right now.”

The book was created by women from different countries and walks of life. Unique, vibrant, real. Here are their names, with love and gratitude:

– Inna Wald

– Tamara Kyryliuk

– Ganna Karpinska

– Valentina Nale (Tina Omskaya)

– Irina Doncu

– Violet Bardauskiene

– Alesia Keles

– Olesia Luzhetska

– Nataliia Onofriichuk

– Tatiana Vakhnenko (Sobolieva)

This book is like a mirror. It won’t give you ready-made answers. But it will remind you that the answers are already within you. It will help you touch them. And remember the one you forgot. The real one. The warm one. The wise one. The woman with radiant eyes.

Take this book with you to bed, to the bath, to the park, to the kitchen with a cup of tea. It will become your friend, your companion, your guide. Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Begin your journey to yourself now.

With love and care, The Collective of Authors

THE FLOWER OF LIFE

Creating a Mandala – Symbol of Harmony and Prosperity

My name is Nataliia Onofriichuk. I am a guide to harmony and prosperity through sacred knowledge, mandalas, symbols, numbers, and the healing energy of the new era. My mission is to harmonize, unite, and transmit sacred knowledge and wisdom.

For over twenty years, I have walked this path, leading hundreds of workshops, meetings, practical sessions, and consultations. I find joy when people, through the knowledge they gain, discover their path, express and realize their talents, and unlock new possibilities. I believe the most essential skill is to live consciously! That’s why I help people understand the causes and effects of events, stay in a state of harmony and resourcefulness, recognize their own value, find their purpose, and consciously shape their reality.

For several years, I have been creating an original Calendar with unique mandalas and messages that carry deep meaning and foster new realizations and transformations.

How can I and my methods be of help to you? Using digital psychology, based on the numbers of your birth date, we can uncover your purpose, reveal your best qualities, and transform challenges into effective realization. Metaphorical associative cards will help you dive into your essence, connect with yourself, and find your best solutions. Mandalas, talismans, and creative practices will balance your inner state and create a space of harmony and prosperity. My original Calendar will be a reliable companion, inspiring and fostering harmony.

By the way, since childhood, I have loved my name, Nataliia. Especially after learning that, in Latin, it means “native” or “beloved.” I am always delighted to connect and communicate with like-minded souls who are passionate about exploring, deepening their knowledge, and consciously creating their lives.

I am grateful to my teachers, mentors, and all the people and situations that have added knowledge, wisdom, and experience to my life. I feel a sense of responsibility and unity with the processes of conscious growth and invite you to CREATE YOUR LIFE WITH YOUR THOUGHTS, WORDS, AND ACTIONS!

My chapter is dedicated to the sacred knowledge that is being revealed today – a key that opens the door to a new reality, helping us create a life aligned with our values and talents, in harmony and abundance.

I invite you to explore the unique sacred symbol – the FLOWER OF LIFE, which holds all the codes of creation, the energy of growth, and prosperity.

Based on this symbol, I offer you the opportunity to create your own unique healing mandala, the FLOWER OF LIFE, infused with your meanings, your energy, your dreams, and intentions. This mandala will protect, heal, inspire, and harmonize your inner state and the space around you.

Immerse yourself in the world of creativity, wisdom, and your own depth, and create your mandala. Feel its healing power.

The Flower of Life. These two words carry profound meaning. In nature, a flower symbolizes the process of endless growth. From a flower comes a fruit, from a fruit – a seed, and from a seed – a flower again. Flowers always capture our gaze, delight the eye, and bring joy. In folklore, the word “flower” signifies the completion of a task, the culmination of work. Since ancient times, a child or a beautiful young woman was affectionately called a “flower.”

A few years ago, I encountered a special flower – the Flower of Life. It is something extraordinary! A pattern of nineteen identical circles, blending wisdom and simplicity, individuality and unity. This unique sacred symbol represents life, all processes of growth, and the harmony of the Universe. A symbol that has reached us through millennia, it touches the soul, awakens deep memory, fosters inner harmony, and inspires creation. Its healing power is especially vital now. Therefore, I invite you to welcome this unique sacred symbol into your life and create a mandala that will protect, heal, inspire, and harmonize your inner state and surrounding space.

As researcher Drunvalo Melchizedek writes in The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life, the proportions of this symbol contain all the laws of the Universe, every mathematical formula, the laws of physics, and the harmony of music. The code of the Flower of Life is present in the cells of all living forms. Everything alive in the Universe, including humans, originates from a single cell. The Flower of Life is a key to understanding the process of growth and the interconnectedness of all spiritual and physical phenomena. Since ancient times, the Flower of Life has been a symbol of protection and the activation of life energy. It is found everywhere on Earth. The oldest known depiction, over 6,000 years old, was discovered in the Temple of Osiris in Egypt. Similar symbols appear in ancient artifacts, carvings, and frescoes worldwide. What messages did ancient civilizations intend to pass down to us? What mysteries remain undeciphered by scholars?

The Flower of Life is multidimensional and infinite, but in a mandala, it is depicted with 19 circles. It begins with a single circle, gradually joined by the next 18, arranged so that each connects to the central circle. The geometric structure of the Flower of Life is considered a universal symbol of harmony, unity, and knowledge. Engaging with this mandala holds healing power – it triggers deep processes and shifts perspectives. By creating and contemplating a mandala, we attune ourselves to the vibrations of harmony and prosperity, unlocking our potential and expressing our uniqueness.

I invite you to embark on a creative process and craft your own unique Flower of Life mandala, infused with your meanings, dreams, intentions, and energy.

What do you need to create a mandala?

An A4 sheet of paper (it can be from a sketchbook or regular office paper), a compass, a ruler, a simple pencil, and an eraser.

For coloring: colored pencils, markers, or colored pens – anything you feel inspired to use to express color and emotion.

Prepare a space where you can immerse yourself in a creative atmosphere, free from distractions. Place your favorite flowers nearby, and if you have them, arrange your talismans or crystals. Play pleasant music (preferably without lyrics). Light a candle and fill the room with your favorite scent. Arrange everything according to your taste and preferences.

Take a few deep breaths, releasing situations, thoughts, or tension in your body. You might move or dance a little to loosen up. Then, sit upright with a straight back, place your hands on the paper, and close your eyes. Feel what question or need is calling for your attention right now. What meaning will you infuse into your mandala? It could be a mandala for harmony in life, success, prosperity, healing, or happy relationships. You might focus on a specific question or situation. Set an intention – let it resolve in the most harmonious way, for your highest good and the good of all involved. If you don’t have a specific intention, simply allow yourself to dive into the creative process and enjoy it.

Find the center of the paper and place a dot. This is your starting point, your origin. The beginning of your Universe, which is created in every moment through thoughts, words, and actions. This is a profound realization of responsibility. From the moment this initial dot is placed, conscious creation begins. With it comes the understanding that I am the origin of my Universe. Not the center around which everything revolves, but the starting point from which everything begins. Every thought, word, action, and our response to life’s situations shapes our reality. Let this mandala serve as a reminder of your responsibility for creating your life, future events, and circumstances.

From the dot, carefully draw vertical and horizontal lines. These lines form a cross – a significant sacred symbol representing the union of Heaven and Earth, the spiritual and the material. In our lives, there can sometimes be imbalances leaning toward one or the other. Yet, the most important thing is the harmonious balance of the spiritual and material.

Now, take a compass and a ruler to measure the desired radius. Let’s use a radius of 2.5 cm to ensure the mandala fits on the paper. Place the compass at the dot and draw a circle. Congratulations! You have the beginning – the central circle. What follows is a sequential process of forming new circles, creating a new reality.

The central circle intersects with the lines. Place the compass at the top intersection point and draw another circle. The next circle is drawn from the intersection point of the central circle and the first circle. Continue this process sequentially, forming new circles from the intersection points of the previous ones.

Now we have seven circles: one central circle and six surrounding it. This forms a mandala known as the Seed of Life. You can continue drawing to create the Flower of Life, or you can craft two separate mandalas: one for the Seed of Life and one for the Flower of Life.

If you are completing the Seed of Life, create a neat outer circle: place the compass in the center, set the radius to the outermost point of the mandala, and draw a circle around the entire design. Then, draw another slightly larger circle around it. Carefully erase any unnecessary lines. The Seed of Life mandala is now complete and ready for coloring.

While coloring, reflect on the seeds you are planting and the outcomes you wish to cultivate. Allow yourself to sow seeds of kindness, love, abundance, joy, and all that is truly valuable to you. After all, you reap what you sow! Reinforce your intentions with actions, and let it unfold in the most harmonious way possible.

If you choose to create two mandalas, start the Flower of Life on a new sheet of paper from the beginning. If not, continue with the existing design. You already have seven circles. All the circles intersect with one another, just as everything in life is interconnected – nothing exists in isolation.

We now move to a new level of creation – from the seed, a flower blooms. From the six intersection points of the existing circles, draw six more circles. You will now have 13 circles: one central circle and 12 surrounding it.

Now we move to the third level. From the new intersection points, create six more circles. This forms a total of 19 circles, which is the depiction of the Flower of Life.

You can complete it by carefully drawing the outer circles, or you can take it to the classic version – the one found in ancient depictions that have survived to this day. In truth, the Flower of Life has no boundaries, just like the creation of all living things.

To create the classic version of the mandala, continue drawing circles from the intersection points to complete the pattern. After that, carefully erase any unnecessary lines.

Please look and draw a large outer circular outline. Then, erase all excess lines and draw another circle with a slightly larger radius.

The mandala is complete. Revel in its beauty and grandeur. It embodies the beginning, sequence, infinity, interconnectedness, and unity. Within it lies the energy of life, growth, and prosperity.

The Flower of Life mandala is formed from 19 circles. It has a harmonizing effect, as the geometric shape of the circle itself is the most harmonious form, without angles. The circle is considered a feminine figure, symbolizing harmony, wholeness, and sensuality, reminding us of our feminine nature. You can color the mandala, filling it with colors of your choosing. Feel it, sense the images it evokes, and enhance its impact with colors.

Recall the intentions you set at the beginning of creating the mandala, the questions or situations you wanted to address. What colors do they evoke for you? How do you want to express them, and what feelings do you wish to experience? Which shades will best convey this? You can also color the mandala intuitively, choosing the colors your hand is drawn to.

After completing the work, the Flower of Life needs to be activated. Place your hands on the mandala, feel it, express gratitude, and reaffirm your intention or wish. Place it where you feel an inner resonance. Interact with it as often as possible – this could be through visual connection, contemplation, meditation, or even physical touch. It serves as your guide, your focal point for your intentions and state. This is the Flower of *Your* Life – it inspires, supports, and harmonizes.

You can create multiple mandalas, aligned with your intentions or simply “for the soul.” There is a practice that suggests drawing 108 mandalas (for a specific intention) and placing them in your space to infuse your desire with energy and bring it to fruition in the best possible way.

The mandala can be placed anywhere in your space, depending on your intention, or carried with you. It can be positioned opposite the entrance to protect against unwanted energies, in the bedroom or relaxation area to restore strength and balance, or on your desk to enhance focus and attune to making the best decisions. It is especially beneficial to have the Flower of Life where you prepare and eat food. The process of cooking should occur in a state of harmony and with positive thoughts, as it is with your thoughts and state that you “nourish” yourself and your loved ones. Eating itself is an act of sustaining life, nourishing the body with essential substances and energy. Therefore, it is favorable to have a mandala near the dining table.

The Flower of Life also structures water. To do this, you can laminate the mandala and place it under a container of water.

You can discover your own practical ways to use the mandala, finding joy, good mood, and a state of inner harmony. You now have your unique sacred symbol, infused with the codes of creation and prosperity, your energy, and your intention.

The Flower of Life inspired me to create my original Calendar. For several years, I have been producing a Calendar with mandalas and messages. It is unique, beautiful, practical, harmonizing, and transformative. Some even say my Calendar is magical. It brings a sense of light and calm to the soul when you gaze at the mandalas, crafted with love in the flow of creativity. Then, as you read the messages that came to me while drawing these mandalas, each word carries deep meaning, fostering new realizations and inner transformations.

May our shared, collective field be filled with more harmony, love, peace, and unity. Create beautiful mandalas – for your own benefit and for all of us. Each drawn Flower of Life mandala raises vibrations and helps take a step into a new reality.

The practice of creating a mandala can serve as both a diagnostic and a healing tool. Reflect on how the process went and write down your insights. Was it easy? What didn’t work? What does that mean for you? How does it connect to your life situations? What thoughts and emotions arose while working on the mandala? Did your intention change? Sometimes we start with one intention, but it becomes clearer, more specific – or transforms into the true one, aligned with our deepest values. What ideas or solutions came to you during the creative process? Perhaps your mandala named itself, wished you something, or inspired you in some way?

Pay attention to your state after completing the work. Did you like your mandala? If not, or if it evoked uncomfortable emotions – thank it. It is transforming what needs healing. You can keep it or choose to dispose of it – tear it up or burn it, following safety precautions.

Creating or coloring a mandala is a creative and meditative process that harmonizes your inner state, allowing you to dive into the silence and depth of your soul. In this state, we can hear ourselves, feel, understand our true values, find the best solutions, and receive inspiration. From this harmonious and conscious state, we can heal our lives, create our best reality, and harmonize the space around us.

May your dreams, intentions, and goals come to fruition in the best possible way for you. May the Flower of Life bring inspiration and fill you with energy.

With love and respect,

Your guide to the world of harmony and prosperity – Nataliia Onofriichuk.

Create beautiful mandalas and transform your life. With my guidance, you can create:

– The Flower of Life,

– Mandalas of the year,

– Mandalas based on your birth date,

– Or mandalas tailored to your personal intention.

Until we meet again!

WILLPOWER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT, OR WHY CAN’T YOU LOSE WEIGHT?

My name is Inna Wald. I am a consulting psychologist, ICF coach, nutritionist, NLP practitioner, and mentor-coach. I help women break free from diets and finally make peace with their bodies. As an expert in changing eating habits through subconscious work, I know that the issue of excess weight is rarely just about food. My mission is to show that slimness begins not in the kitchen but in the mind. That instead of fighting yourself, you can choose a path of acceptance and gentle change. I am inspired by the stories of every client who has stopped dividing food into “allowed” and “forbidden,” learned to listen to their body’s true needs, and gained not only their desired weight but also self-confidence.

Have you tried every diet, only for the weight to return? Do you blame yourself for lacking willpower? It’s not your fault. The real reason lies in hidden subconscious programs that control your eating behavior without your awareness. In this chapter, you will learn: Why do 95% of weight loss attempts fail (and how to be among the successful 5%)? What hidden triggers cause you to overeat? Three practical tools to identify your triggers, work through limiting beliefs, and transform your relationship with food. This isn’t just theory! It’s backed by scientific evidence and the personal experience of the author, who journeyed from self-loathing to conscious slimness.

Imagine: the long-awaited summer has arrived, and the sun is shining brightly. On one scorching day, you’re riding a bicycle to a lake, approaching the water in your swimsuit, and diving in. The cool water feels refreshing against your sun-warmed skin. You savor this moment. Then, you return to your towel and dry off. As you do, you look at yourself with satisfaction: your body looks good, and you feel amazing! Yes, you are at peace with yourself, and your body perfectly reflects your inner state!

What a beautiful picture, isn’t it?

Perhaps your reality currently looks different from the scene described above: on a hot, sweltering day at the lake, you try to find a secluded spot to lie on your beach towel. Then, you quickly jump into the water so others can’t notice your cellulite or your jiggling stomach… you feel self-conscious about your body, nervous, and can only relax when no one is watching.

Does this sound like your life?

Surveys from various countries show that most people are dissatisfied with their bodies.

Dissatisfaction with your body and self-confidence are more deeply connected than they seem. It’s not just a bad mood caused by your reflection in the mirror – it’s a systemic crisis of self-identification.

But to feel comfortable in your body, you don’t need to look like a magazine model.

Yes, the modern world often imposes standards on how you should look, how much you should weigh, and what you should eat. Amid this chaotic abundance of “health and nutrition” information, which can already be overwhelming, many women search for effective ways to achieve their desired weight and change their eating habits. They try various diets, but most of these diets end with the weight returning.

Why? Because they address the symptom, not the cause.

If you want to successfully lose weight and achieve lasting results, you need to adjust your: Mindset, Nutrition, and Activity.

Over eight years of working with clients, I’ve realized that the key to sustainable results lies primarily in reprogramming subconscious beliefs about food and the body. This is because 85% of our decisions regarding food are made on an unconscious level (University of California, 2022).

What is the Subconscious?

The subconscious is the “autopilot” of our psyche, storing beliefs from childhood, emotional patterns, and habits formed up to the present moment. Imagine that your actions, decisions, and behavior are driven 85% by the subconscious, with only about 15% occurring consciously.
