Dimension: Water Codes and Quantum Alchemy – Diving into the Consciousness of Light
Years passed, and I continued my journey, sometimes overcoming the harshest conditions to become confident in the water, and later, a professional dive search-and-rescue specialist, and dive instructor. One day, my friend and I came to the conclusion that perhaps my entire path in diving wasn't so much about becoming a master in this craft, but more about preparing for the meeting with my blue whale. All of this was necessary so that, having gained confidence through experience and skills, I could truly enjoy witnessing its presence and majesty in the depths of the water when we finally meet. But one day, I realized that my blue dream symbolized meeting myself, the depths of my soul, and those parts of me that had yet to be fully revealed. It wasn't so much the mind's desire to see whales, but the soul's yearning for harmony and unity with nature, the ocean, and the whole world. In this search, I was looking for inner clarity, peace, and connection with higher forces. One day, in silence, when I see this giant, it will not just be a meeting, but a merging with something deeper and limitless. A breath in – and I become part of the ocean, a new facet of my multidimensional consciousness unfolding in every moment. And again, a breath in – and I am no longer a separate element, but an irreplaceable, inseparable part of everything that exists, connected with the endless flow of life.
The blue dream tends to slip away from the matrix mind. It lies beyond the usual concepts, where love and dreams merge, and it becomes difficult to distinguish what we truly desire. For sometimes, true desires are not those that we are conscious of, but those that lie beyond ordinary perception, in a realm beyond limited thinking. They exist, but we are not always ready to see them. However, as soon as we open our hearts, release conditioned desires and attachments, and become the observing Observer, the impulses of light begin to emerge – true dreams that are already a part of us. These desires not only point the way for “outer” experience but also open the path of transformation on a deep level of consciousness. Our true dreams are beacons that, through their impulses of light, guide us to self-knowledge, helping us return to our true "I."
Everything that has ever happened or happens today already holds its immeasurable value. Let your experience, or parts of it, be of any shade and sometimes seem like "grains of sand in the sea" – don't rush to underestimate them. One day, the veil will fall, and you'll realize that all these moments were precious golden particles that were forming into a unique, whole, and priceless masterpiece of your true "I" together with your blue dream. It is in this process of self-discovery that it’s important to observe your dreams like waves coming and going. Don't cling to them but listen carefully to the response they evoke in your heart. After all, every desire is another step on the path to revealing your inner light. When you feel that the dream is a part of your love, of who you are, you begin to see that the true dream is a natural movement in harmony with the world of unity. And perhaps, like my blue dream, it will lead you to the moment when you simply become part of this love, this ocean, without unnecessary searching, just allowing yourself to be who you Are.
Each person has their own "whale" – the Call of the soul, a voice from the deepest depths that cannot be silenced. It may manifest as intuition, an unexpected impulse, or a telepathic response, like the cry of a whale heard beyond the horizon. When we listen to this Call, we follow our true path and enter the flow of life, where there is no division, only unity with the infinite ocean of consciousness.
We аre Like Dolphins
In 2018, I wrote a poem that was given to me underwater.
We are like dolphins
If I need happiness, I seek it in joy – And that gives me strength to enjoy. If I need peace, I find it in smoothness: Of emotions, or in movements' finesse.
If I need faith, I take it from pure water, From love, from the present, and from patience farther. And if I need everything, I find it in nature – In a world without doubts, Where I absorb colors and clarity, Like the swirl of the best thoughts in unity.
We are like dolphins, And in revelation, Each of us can be a healer, Bring forth inspiration, Radiate euphoria just by being. When we are whole, When we're true to our hearts, When we don’t waste ourselves on empty thoughts, But simply create, share kind feelings, Smiles and meaning in others’ lives.
We are like dolphins, And all horizons are ours to claim, All the oceans, We can playfully choose the game: Laughter and health, love and wealth – And the meaning of it all Can come in a flash, Unexpected, yet full of grace. We can soar, leap into the air, Pick up speed, outpace the boats, Spin in a dance with the pod deep below, Jump again, bask in the sun’s glow, Then return to the wave, with a flow.
We are like dolphins, Inexplicable and bright, Able to create miracles and heal, With love for ourselves, and love for all in sight. Hearing the child inside, We suddenly find its voice – It’s the voice of a dolphin, A sound that makes us rejoice. They speak in one language, Chirping and laughing with glee, Jumping together from the water, Living so wild and free.
We are like dolphins.
And when I need to be real,
I just think of the dolphins,
And remember how they feel.

Self-Love
Self-love is the foundation of inner harmony and maturity. It begins with accepting all that we are, realizing that our experiences, mistakes, joys, and struggles are not limitations but rather the very things that reveal our true strength. By opening ourselves without judgment, letting go of the weight of guilt, and starting to see our essence through love, we gradually fill ourselves with lightness, and confidence seeps into every step we take.
Mistakes are always a constructive opportunity to learn and transform. And when feelings of guilt or resentment arise, it's important to perceive them not as enemies, but as natural flows of energy. By observing destructive emotions without labels or judgment, we allow them to dissolve, turning into light and love, restoring our inner strength.
True self-love is reflected in respecting our personal boundaries and energy. When we learn to say "no" with love, we not only protect our own power but also build relationships in which we don’t lose ourselves. This freedom allows us to remain a magnet for everything that aligns with our true nature. And this is not about selfishness, but about intentionally replenishing our own strength without harming ourselves. In doing so, we naturally enrich the energies and lives of others – by "saving" or, more accurately, returning to wholeness first within ourselves, we naturally enrich those around us.
Reality is a wave of possibilities, and through self-acceptance, we change our vibration. We return to our maturity, where we gain the ability to love the world and people as they are, without judgment, evaluation, or expectation. Self-love is a quantum process in which each experience transforms into light and love. By embracing events and emotions as an inseparable part of our journey, we begin to live in a world that mirrors our inner harmony.
I Am Allowed
Since ancient times, philosophers and sages have spoken of how a person is born free but gradually wraps themselves in threads of prohibitions and limitations. Buddhists call these the illusions of the mind, while Indian philosophy refers to them as samskaras – traces of past beliefs and actions that shape our behavior.
These prohibitions are often seen as truths:
"I’m not allowed to make mistakes."
"I’m not allowed to be angry."
"I’m not allowed to be happier than others."
Each of these prohibitions becomes part of our inner world, yet, at the same time, it takes away our ability to feel whole. But freedom begins with a simple realization: "I am allowed."
When we say, "I am allowed," we peel away layer after layer of old beliefs. We permit ourselves to feel, think, and simply be who we truly are.
"I am allowed to feel."
Each time we suppress an emotion, it accumulates, creating heaviness inside and even blockages in our energy channels. But emotions are just energy that comes and goes. Anger, joy, guilt, or resentment are neither “good” nor “bad”; they are simply part of our experience. If we allow ourselves to fully experience these feelings, they won’t get stuck inside us but will gently dissolve.
"I am allowed to be angry."
In nature, anger is not an enemy but an energy of action. It helps us understand where our boundaries have been violated. Instead of suppressing it, try to consciously observe it: What is it telling you? What is it warning you about? Allow it to exist, but don’t let it control you. Watch how this energy dissipates when you acknowledge it.
"I am allowed to rejoice."
How often do we tie joy to achievements or external circumstances: "Once I do this, then I’ll be happy"? But joy is a natural state, available here and now. Allow yourself to rejoice without a reason, because your joy is the light you offer to the world, filling yourself up in the process.
When you say, "I am allowed," you not only enter a state of permission but also declare to the Universe: "I accept myself completely." This is a powerful signal that opens up new possibilities.
But "I am allowed" isn’t just about you. By allowing others to simply be, you create space for yourself as well. This means you stop fighting their expressions and stop judging their choices. The world reflects this allowance – you can be who you are, too.
Depending on the situation, mentally say:
"Mom is allowed."
"Dad is allowed."
By allowing the energies of your mother and father to simply exist with gratitude, you restore the wings of energetic wholeness to your true "Self."
The same applies to everyone in your environment whose behavior might personally affect you:
"That person is allowed to think differently."
"My colleague is allowed to react however she wants."
Do you know what happens? We lift the burden of expectations not only from others but from ourselves. We stop trying to control everything around us and, therefore, stop falling into the traps of disappointment and resentment.
Self-Worth
You are already present in the world of quantum energies. You are already worthy of being in the field of infinite abundance, of being healthy, enjoying beautiful relationships, having multiple sources of income, experiencing love for yourself, and witnessing the love the world has for you. This is a state you can embrace right now, simply because it has always been yours from the start. Once you open yourself to this truth, you will dissolve old patterns and feel that you are deserving of everything that once seemed out of reach.
The ego-driven desires of the personality to create something in order to receive external recognition often have their roots in childhood. These attempts, born in a state of separation, to earn the love and respect of the world – especially the love of parents – are merely echoes of old programs. But the truth is that your mother and father already allowed you to be who you Аre when they brought you into this world, acknowledging your value simply by giving you life. You don’t need to seek their approval or blessing – they were granted to you with your right to exist. All you need to do is recognize this within yourself and allow yourself to live with the awareness that you are inherently valuable and worthy of everything that resonates with you in the present.
By realizing your worth, you open the door to a reality where your true value manifests in every aspect of life, reflecting in everything that happens around you, "magnetically attracting" all that rightfully belongs to you.
Your self-worth does not depend on external circumstances, opinions, or judgments from others. It comes from the inner realization that your existence in this world already carries unconditional significance.
You are valuable simply because you were born – otherwise, it wouldn't have happened. Allow yourself to be inspired by this knowledge. Recognize it as an established fact: you are already worthy of everything you desire, simply because you Аre – and that is more than enough.
The Taste of Yourself
The taste of yourself is the experience of deep connection with who you truly are, free from masks and illusions. It’s a feeling of oneness that can be felt in the present moment.
∞ Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, feeling each breath filling you with relaxation. Let go of your thoughts and sink into inner silence, observing as images and thoughts come and go. Here, there are no boundaries, no time, no limitations.
∞ Move your awareness through your body. Feel how it responds to your love and recognition. Thank it for its ability to function, despite the experiences and emotions of the old world.
∞ Fill your body with the energy of love and feel how it radiates light and warmth. Focus on the space above your head and embrace your body through this upper awareness with your higher aspects.
∞ Open your eyes and dive into your sensations. Recognize yourself as a multidimensional being, shining with light, connected to the endless flow of energy. You are the Observer, aware of space and your body within it and beyond its limits.
When this flow fills you, life becomes a game – an embodiment of who you have always been, who you are, and who you will always be – a part of infinity. With every breath in and out, you move closer to your true nature.
Love for the Body
Love for the body is a subtle, continuous practice that gradually permeates the fabric of our lives. It does not require great effort, but it does require mindfulness. It all begins with a simple step – the intention, the awareness: "I choose to love my body." In this light, an entire world unfolds.
Our body is a living organism that responds to every impulse of thoughts and emotions. When we fill it with love, it becomes flexible, healthy, and joyful, like a flower blooming under the warm light. Love for yourself is not a struggle, but a natural harmony, filled with gentle attention and care, without force or tension.
Over time, the practice of loving your body becomes a natural state, allowing us to be in the flow, in the present moment, free from expectations and hurry.
Regular Words of Love
Several times a day, pay attention to your body and repeat aloud or silently: "I love, I love, I love." This can even be just a sensation, as you fill yourself with a soft, warm flow of love. Let these words be as natural as breathing. For example, in the morning when you wake up, or when you drink water, walk, or are in silence – repeat them. Feel how the energy of love begins to circulate through your body.
Mindful Attention
When you are moving, eating, drinking tea, or just sitting, direct your attention to your body. Feel how it responds. For example, if you are walking down the street, pay attention to your steps, the ease of your movement, your arms, and your breath. In that moment, just "love" everything that you feel. Direct your love energy to all parts of your body, even those that may not have always received enough attention.
Love through Breathing
Practice breathing techniques, combining breath with the feeling of love for your body. A deep inhale – and on the exhale, imagine your body being filled with love. Send this love through all parts of your body, starting from the head down to the feet. Feel how your body is grateful for the attention and love, how it becomes more relaxed and filled with light.
Love through Movement
Whether it’s yoga, dance, or walking – let each movement express love and care for your body. For example, when you stretch your back or arms, imagine you are "hugging" yourself with those movements. It doesn’t need to be difficult – just do it with ease and joy, allowing yourself to feel love in every motion.
Little Rituals of Love
Every day, dedicate a few minutes to rituals of love for your body. These can be simple actions, like taking a warm shower with gratitude or giving yourself a massage with fragrant oils. The key is that these actions are not obligations but manifestations of your care for your body.
The Consciousness of Gratitude
Every day, when you look in the mirror or simply feel your body, thank it. Say to yourself: "Thank you for being here," "Thank you for your strength and flexibility." This small but powerful action creates a habit of appreciating your body, not criticizing it.
Love without Conditions
Do not set conditions for loving yourself. It does not depend on the shape of your body or how you look at the moment. Love is not an evaluation. It is simple acceptance of yourself here and now. Without judgment or conditions.
Quantum Evolution of DNA in the Wave of LOVE (WAVE X)
At the heart of quantum DNA evolution lies the concept that our bodies are energetic fields, directly connected to the vibrations of our consciousness. Love, as the highest form of energy, has the power to awaken the hidden potential of our cells, activating their ability to self-heal and transform.
