 Take a deep breath.

 Call your Friends in Spirit by name and ask them to be with you now and to help you as you move through your day. If there is anything on your heart or mind or anything particular you want to release or call in, now is the time to ask.

 Now visualise all the things that you want to fill you. At the same time, affirm: ‘I now call on the energies of [whatever you choose, perhaps love, peace, prosperity, ease, joy etc.] to fill me and move through everything I do today.’

 Take a deep breath.

 Say thank you to the Divine, your guides, Friends in Spirit, ancestors – and don’t forget to thank yourself!

Working with your own energy is the ultimate act of self-love and self-care, so always give yourself major props for showing up for yourself!
